Welcome to Heavy Electrical Complex . It is public sector company working under State Engineering Corporation (SEC) under the aegis of Ministry of Industries & Production (MOIP), GOP located at industrial Estate Hattar District Haripur (KPK) province of Pakistan.
The present manufacturing range includes power transformers of unit rating upto 40 MVA & voltage 132 KV. In near future HEC plans to commence production of 220 KV power transformers of unit rating upto 160 MVA.
While considering the demand of our customer and to utilize the manufacturing capacity more efficiently, the repair / rehabilition of Power Transformers was included in our diversification programme.
